Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to ensure our products meet your family’s needs for quality and fit.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear and Bottoms (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
  • Beach Towels (once removed from packaging)
  • Any items that show signs of wear or have been used
  • Products without original tags or packaging

Wait for Authorization

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Package and Ship Your Return

Include the completed return form (printed copy) with your items and ship to:

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval
  • You should see the refund in your account within 7-10 business days after processing
